SHIPPING & FABRICATION TIMES

Shipping occurs after fabrication which can take up to 2-3 weeks. To request receipt of your order by a specific date, please message your request on the CONTACT page. I will do my very best to accommodate your request.

International shipping is available upon request via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate. We are not responsible for any customs fees, etc..., that may occur. Delivery times vary by country and tracking is not available once out of the U.S. If international tracking is required, the order must be shipped via UPS International. Please reach out for a shipping quote in this case.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.slanttstudio.com and in new unworn condition may be exchanged or returned for credit toward a future purchase if you send written notice within 5 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to hello@slanttstudio.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not provide refunds or refund shipping charges on return items. We are unable to accept returns of damaged items.

Please note, returns or exchanges will not be accepted that were purchased from any other retailer.

For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with a trackable courier and keep your receipt. SLANTT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number, and once your return is received, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount.
 

REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT / EARRING SINGLES

We are happy to clean or repair your SLANTT piece at no charge to you except shipping charges. If your piece has substantial repair or replacement parts, we will notify you of this, and there may be a charge under these circumstances.  

If you lose a single earring, email a request for replacement. The price will be half of the cost for a pair.
